Q. How visible is Clear Bra after it is applied?
A. The film is over 99.5% clear.
Q. Will the paint fade differently under the film than the rest of the car like with a leather bra?
A. No. Unlike a leather bra, the film contains UV inhibitors that prevent it from reacting to the sun's rays, but still allows a certain amount to filter through the material and onto the surface to let the paint "age" with the rest of the vehicle.
Q. Is their any special maintenance with Clear Bra.
A. No, your car can be washed and waxed as normal.
Q. Will Clear Bra turn “yellowish” over time?
A. No, it resists yellowing because the film is constructed of thermoplastic urethane, a tough, conformable material that is covered by a clear coat layer. The film
and clear coat layers contain UV protectants to counteract harmful ultraviolet rays that can cause yellowing of the film.
Q. Will the painted surface be harmed if the film is removed?
A. If the film is properly applied to a fully cured painted vehicle, it can be removed, usually in one piece, without damaging paint surfaces beneath the film.
Q. Can the paint protection film be removed?
A. If desired, film can be removed. Removal should be completed by a qualified paint protection film installer who is familiar with the techniques. The film can easily
be removed by a qualified technician without damage to the painted surface.
